Delete Account

Note — The account deletion flow will be connected when the Beta backend is established. This page explains the process.

What happens when you delete your account

Your medication schedule, recorded choices, and notes stored on your device will be removed when you delete the app.
If you have used Care Circle, your connected data on Orsely servers will be deleted.
People in your Care Circle will lose access to any shared information.
This action cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

During the private Beta, account deletion can be requested through the support page. A self-service deletion option within the app will be available before Orsely is publicly released.

Data stored only on your device

If you have not used Care Circle or any connected feature, your data exists only on your device. Uninstalling the Orsely app will remove this data. Orsely does not hold a copy.
