These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Orsely application ("Orsely", "the app", "we", "us"). By using Orsely, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Orsely is
Orsely is a personal medication organisation application for Android. It helps you organise schedules, record your choices, set reminders, and share selected information with people you trust. Orsely is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical service.
2. What Orsely is not
Orsely does not:
- Diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication.
- Replace the advice of a clinician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.
- Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any medicine information displayed.
- Guarantee delivery of reminders.
- Make decisions about whether you should take a medicine.
Always follow professional medical advice. Do not make medical decisions based solely on information shown in Orsely.
3. Private Beta
Orsely is currently in a private Beta. The app is under active development. Features may change, be unavailable, or behave unexpectedly. Access is limited and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Your data
Your medication records are stored on your device by default. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of how data is handled, including Care Circle features that require an internet connection.
5. Care Circle
Care Circle allows you to share selected information with people you invite. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share. Sharing requires an internet connection. Care Circle is part of the private Beta and may not be available to all users.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Orsely only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the app or its services.
7. Limitation of liability
[Draft — to be completed with legal review.] To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orsely and its creators are not liable for any harm arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed doses, incorrect information, or reminder failures.
